SW PA Braver Angels Meet & Greet – Online

Are you tired of the political divide? Is your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok feeds filled with propaganda for and against Biden, Trump, Shapiro, Abortion, Immigration, Gaza, Israel and Iran.
Please join us in an online meet and greet for folks interested in bridging the political divide one conversation at a time. Existing, new and potential Braver Angels in southwest Pennsylvania are invited to learn about Braver Angels, volunteer opportunities and our plans for a future Southwestern PA Alliance. Share a little about yourself and how you want to be engaged in Braver Angels, followed by a respectful conversation to practice and improve our civil conversation skills.
Come prepared to share why you lean Red or Blue and one thing you like about the policies of the other side. Participants will be asked to treat everyone with respect, be curious, listen to understand, keep emotions in check, focus on policies/values more than people/parties, and look for common ground.
To further our efforts to start a SW PA Alliance, we will also discuss possible ideas for future meetings and seek volunteers to help.
