Alliance/Members Meeting – Greater Cincinnati Alliance Meeting – October 2023

We will debate the following resolution:
Resolved: Human induced climate change is a global crisis requiring immediate drastic action to avoid dire economic and social impacts.
Note that Braver Angels debates are a special format that encourages EVERYONE TO SPEAK or ask questions, ENSURES CIVILTIY in disagreement, and strives for learning and better understanding. The goal is NOT winning or losing but getting all perspectives and information on the table for you to make up your own mind. It is NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEBATE.
Everyone will have an opportunity to participate in the debate, but we would greatly appreciate volunteers (both for and against the resolution) to kick off the debate by giving a 3-4 minute speech on their views. If you are interested, please submit the following FORM LINKED HERE.
