We the People’s Forum: Does One Size Fit All For Addressing Homelessness?

05/09/2022 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm EDT

Host Organization: BA National - We the People's Forum
State/Region: - National
Setting: Online

When it comes to addressing homelessness, should we be taking a one-size-fits-all approach? Or are there many different approaches that we should adopt?

We’ll discuss these questions and explore solutions with a politically diverse panel of Americans who have been homeless, or who work on housing issues.

We the People’s Forum is a Braver Angels event, a place where everyday Americans get time at the podium.

Here’s how it works:

First half: a politically diverse panel of 4 speakers talk about their experiences with homelessness.

Second half: it’s Discussion time! Anyone with direct experience on the issue is encouraged to talk about their experience, and anyone may ask a question.

This event is open to the general public.

We the People: that’s you and the rest of us! We especially want to hear from people who have direct experience about this issue.
