We the People’s Forum: Does High Immigration Hurt America’s Working Class?

February 27 @ 8:00 pm - 9:15 pm EST

Host Organization: BA National - We the People's Forum
Setting: Online

Do high levels of immigration mostly help or hurt American workers?

First, we’ll hear from a small group of Reds and Blues, including immigrants and individuals whose families have been in the U.S. for a long time.

Then, we’ll open it up to individuals in the audience.

We’ll explore:

Where do you stand on whether high levels of immigration mostly help or hurt American workers?
What life experiences have informed your perspective?
What concerns or reservations do you have about your own views?
What points of common ground do you see with others who differ from you?

We The People’s Forum is a Braver Angels event where we prioritize hearing from America’s big and broad working class about how issues of the day affect ordinary people.

This event is open to the first 100 registrants, with a priority for equal numbers of Reds and Blues, and including Independents.
** This event is open to the media upon approval. Send requests to press@braverangels.org
