WALK A MILE IN MY NEWS (WMMN) encourages us to respectfully “reach across the aisle” and get to know some new friends who have different opinions and habits about obtaining information. News sources very likely impact how we see the world. WMMN pairs people, often Blue- and Red-leaning, for a conversational journey to share news sources and perspectives. By participating in this two-part, in-person program, we are likely to understand better how those with different views arrive at their positions while potentially learning something new about ourselves. Please bring your personal commitment, curiosity and civility to this Braver Angels program. (Note that ‘Social Media’ commentary will not be included as a news source for this Braver Angels program.)
