Virginia Voter Fishbowl

This fall, Virginians will vote on three proposed amendments to the state constitution. Alliances across the state are teaming up to offer a voter fishbowl on one of the issues (to be determined). The fishbowl format will allow people to share views for and against the selected amendment, and then reflect on what they learned. Observers are welcome.
