Venezuela – Wait, what just happened?

The US capture and detainment of Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro have raised important questions and strong reactions across the political spectrum. For some, these developments signal decisive US global leadership and a first step towards a new path forward that will benefit both the United States and Venezuela. For others, these actions prompt concerns regarding the limits of executive power and what comes next for US involvement in the region.
We invite you to join Silicon Valley Braver Angels for a moderated small group discussion on recent US actions in Venezuela. It will be an opportunity to hear diverse views in an environment where all perspectives are valued.
