The Abortion Talks Film Screening Talkback – Online

Boston-based documentary series The Abortion Talks, directed by filmmakers Josh Sabey and Sarah Perkins, will be screened via Zoom. A Q&A session will follow with director Sarah Perkins and panelists engaged in both sides of the abortion debate.
The series follows the trial and murder convictions of a person who murdered two abortion clinic employees in Boston. Importantly, it is the story of six women who sought to find something deeper than justice. Disillusioned by the rhetoric and posturing from both sides, three pro-life and three pro-choice leaders met secretly to see if together they could fix their fractured worlds. In true Braver Angels fashion, before Braver Angels was ever conceived, they were able to talk about their differences, respect each other, and become friends.
