Southern Front Range Local Politics: Understanding Our Community

Join us for a nonpartisan Zoom call on May 11 from 6-9pm to learn about local politics in Colorado, including taxes, property values, water availability, and more. Meet your local officials, learn what they do, and engage in small group discussions about the issues that matter to you. Our goal is to better understand the common concerns of residents across political differences and to create a space for exchanging ideas and building community. Sign up now to reserve your spot!
We will discuss taxes, regulations, property values, water availability, and other local concerns in the Southern Front Range in Colorado. Our focus will be on understanding the roles and responsibilities of important local positions, and how current political polarization affects these positions. Our elected officials will share what prompted them to run for office, what their responsibilities entail, and which issues they see as current community priorities. Join us to engage in meaningful discussions and create a space for building community.
