Pre-Convention Pledge Development

During the closing session of the 2026 National Convention, members will vote on and ratify a shared statement of our commitment to courageous citizenship. Our model is the Founders, who pledged their “lives, fortunes, and sacred honor” to each other 250 years ago. Ahead of the Convention, a team of BA leaders is meeting to prepare our shared pledge, and we need your help. Join us on Zoom June 22nd at 4:00pm ET to share your thoughts on the content of our pledge via our interactive Braver Angels Civic Exchange tool. Questions? sam@
