Practicing Peace Across Differences: Skills for Listening, Understanding, and Repair

How can we navigate disagreement without losing our connection to one another? In this interactive Peace Week workshop, participants will learn and practice practical communication skills for listening with curiosity, seeking understanding, sharing perspectives constructively, and repairing conversations when things go wrong. Drawing on conflict communication and Braver Angels approaches to bridging divides, the session explores how we can practice peace in everyday disagreements, even when agreement isn’t possible.
