Midterms Holidays, and Political Tension

In this explosive political environment, the next few months present opportunities for friends and family with polarized political views to clash or connect.
Whether you hope to tolerate, enjoy or understand others with different views than yours, developing awareness and skills to bridge those divides will help lower the temperature and encourage the possibility of community.
In this workshop, we will:
– discover why differences with people you care about are particularly challenging
– clearly identify your goals and personal strengths in social interactions, and
– practice skills to develop constructive interactions with people you value or want to value again.
