Restricted Attendance: Mental health professionals only

The Braver Angels Mental Health Professionals Forum brings together therapists and clinicians from across the political spectrum to explore the intersection of mental health, politics, and social issues.
Our mission is to provide a supportive, nonpartisan space for professional dialogue and shared learning—a place where mental health professionals can reflect on how political polarization affects individuals, families, and communities, and how we can best serve clients with diverse worldviews.
Why this space is limited to mental health professionals:
This forum is designed as a collegial gathering for those who hold a mental health license or degree—such as psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychiatric nurses, and related professionals. Out of respect for professional ethics and confidentiality, we ask that participation be limited to those with relevant training and credentials.
At the same time, Braver Angels deeply values the interest of all community members in this work. Whenever possible, we share recordings of these discussions and are developing additional spaces where lay people and mental health professionals can learn and engage together around important topics.
