Are you disheartened by the unproductive vitriol in politics today? Do you want to start having healthier conversations around difficult topics? Braver Angels is the nation’s largest grassroots effort to bring Red, Blue and Independent Americans together to remedy the polarization that has been impeding understanding and connection.
Chicagoland Braver Angels Alliance (a group of local Braver Angels volunteers) invites you to this informal get-together. Over appetizers and drinks, you will get information about the organization, as well as a chance to see a demonstration of and practice session with some tools that Braver Angels uses to bridge the partisan divide.
It’s a social opportunity for exploration and conversation; just bring an open heart and mind.
