How Can we Improve Racial/Ethnic Relations in Laramie County? A Braver Angels Panel Conversation with Q&A. Laramie County Library Cottonwood room. The focus will be on solutions – on ways to reduce racial/ethnic tensions in our community. The panel of 6 to 12 community members will represent government, military, faith communities, law enforcement, business, educational and/or nonprofit organizations.
