What does the Other Side really think — and why?
If there’s a foundational question to Braver Angels, it’s that one. Following Donald Trump’s victory in November, this question matters more than ever.
Join the Braver Angels DC Alliance for an opportunity to hear the wide range of perspectives found in our community and our alliance. We’ll use a classic Braver Angels method known as a fishbowl to listen to two small groups of Alliance members: one group who voted for or sympathize with Donald Trump, and one group who voted for or sympathize with Kamala Harris. A moderator will then guide a follow-up conversation. Our goal will be getting to know what those who think differently truly think and feel, in their own words, so at least we can disagree accurately — and maybe even charitably, with mutual hope going forward for this country we all love.
Stick with us, as always, for some socializing after the formal moderated portion ends!
