Braver Angels-Phoenix Launch/Neighbor Conversations With Candidates
Our first organized event Wednesday, Sept 28th from 6:00 to 7 PM
The mission of Braver Angels mission is to reduce polarization and create opportunities for civil discourse between parties on both sides of the country’s political and cultural divide. In Keeping with that mission, We have invited two current Arizona State legislators:
Alma Hernandez (D) District 3 and TJ Shope (R) District 3
Following a brief introduction from Braver Angels State Coordinator Cylee Gutting, Rep Hernandez and Senator Shope will be speaking on the challenges the current divisive climate poses to the legislative process and the work they have been doing to combat it and get things done for the citizens of Arizona.
This will also be an opportunity to hear for the Co-chairs about our plans for a Full-Suite alliance, what that means and ways you can get involved!
