Please join us for a discussion of Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents. This non-fiction book by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Isabel Wilkerson “examines the unspoken caste system that has shaped America and shows how our lives today are still defined by a hierarchy of human divisions.” Caste was selected for Oprah’s Book Club in 2020, was on several best-seller lists, as well as receiving multiple award nominations.
The SCIN Book Club meets online every other month for 90 minutes. As a preview, the next book we have in mind is: Bill of Obligations (by Richard Haas, June 18, 2025).
