Join Braver Angels and our long-time friends and partners, the National Institute for Civil Discourse, for a special APF event featuring the leaders of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress.
Keith Allred of the National Institute for Civil Discourse will interview Chair Congressman Derek Kilmer (D-WA) and Vice-Chair Congressman William Timmons (R-SC) on the proposals the Select Committee has studied and will propose in the interests of greater civility, bipartisanship, productivity, and decency in the everyday and long-term business of the United States Congress. There will be further input from members of CommonSense American and NICD, and as always, general audience Q&A. Braver Angels is honored to partner with NICD in bringing this conversation with the Congressmen about!
