  1. It seems to me that these common methods of polarization are pretty much right out of the Rules for Radicals: A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals by Saul D. Alinsky. I’ll agree that they are now being freely adopted by both sides of the divide but these techniques do have a source.
