Challenge your assumptions about these cherished rights when members of the New York County Lawyers Association discuss their legal complications in a lively presentation of recent cases. You’ll hear plaintiff and defendant arguments and the judicial decisions that followed. What’s more, you’ll be asked thought-provoking questions and have the chance to weigh in after discussing these contentious issues in small groups.
