Kirk J. Schneider describes his experience as a founder of a one-on-one conflict-mediation approach called “the Experiential Democracy Dialogue,” which draws in part from his experience as a moderator for Braver Angels.  The thrust of Schneider’s book is to “give away” the tools and resources he’s learned to everyday people in families, neighborhoods, and classrooms, as well as to professionals facilitating dialogues in community settings, businesses, and even legislatures. The intent of the book is to complement Braver Angels’ efforts to spark a mass movement of depolarization throughout the U.S.
