The Better Angels Society, Inc. and the Institute for American Values, Inc. d/b/a Better Angels have amicably settled the lawsuit between them concerning the trademark “Better Angels.” IAV will continue its mission as a citizens’ organization dedicated to achieving political depolarization and will rebrand its organization as “Braver Angels.” The parties express support for each other’s laudatory efforts to educate and inform the public.
