The Braver Angels Mental Health Professionals Forum brings together therapists and clinicians from across the political spectrum to explore the intersection of mental health, politics, and social issues.
Our mission is to provide a supportive, nonpartisan space for professional dialogue and shared learning—a place where mental health professionals can reflect on how political polarization affects individuals, families, and communities, and how we can best serve clients with diverse worldviews.

Our guest will be Monica Guzman, author of I Never Thought of It That Way: How to Have Fearlessly Curious Conversations in Dangerously Divided Times. Monica delivered the keynote address at the 2024 Psychotherapy Networker Symposium with Esther Perel and Bill Doherty. Monica will join Paul Norris for a fireside chat, and we hope you will be part of the conversation. Please note that this is not our usual meeting date due to the holiday schedule.
