Immigration 101: An Introduction to the US Immigration System

This informative video is co-presented by Theresa Cardinal Brown, senior advisor at the Bipartisan Policy Center, and Jim Robb, vice-president of NumbersUSA; both are leaders of prominent immigration think tanks that hold differing views on policies but share a commitment to factual clarity. The presentation is part of Braver Angels’ broader initiative to find common ground on immigration through grassroots events, policy discussions, and collaboration with national leaders. A facilitated discussion will follow the video.
We choose films that address social, political or cultural issues that are relevant to society today. They may highlight liberal-leaning, conservative-leaning or independent themes, or feature actors or directors from opposite sides of the political spectrum.
