Fishbowl Discussion: Balance of Power – The Courts and President Trump

Considering the effects of the separation of powers in this divided time, are the courts going too far?
Some believe that the recent “Big, Beautiful Bill” being considered in Congress has a provision that will affect the courts and perhaps the balance of power.
Join us for a timely conversation where reds and blues discuss two essential questions:
- Are the courts properly or improperly constraining President Trump, according to your understanding of the Constitution?
- What concerns and reservations do you have about your position on this question?
