Polarizing conversations can occur even without specific policy issues. This workshop aims to build skills that help prevent tense conversations from becoming arguments.
This event is an adaptation of the “Depolarizing Within” workshop, but it does not focus on politics or red/blue stereotypes. Instead, it emphasizes building skills to navigate tension in everyday conversations without letting those discussions escalate into deeper conflict.
