These tumultuous times can overwhelm us and/or motivate us to rise from fight-flight-freeze reactivity to compassionate responsiveness. In this interactive workshop, we will explore obstacles to growth and then focus on insights and practices that can help us connect with greater compassion to ourselves and those around us.
