Feeling politically exhausted?
Are you tired of arguments and hurt feelings, or walking on eggshells around those of polar opposite viewpoints? Are you increasingly anxious given the volatility and pace of the news cycle? Is obsessive doom-scrolling leaving you frustrated?
At Braver Angels, we believe there’s a better way. We bring people together from across the political spectrum to talk, to relate, to be themselves—not to change each other’s minds, but to understand, connect, and come away more hopeful. It’s possible to have strong convictions and still have meaningful, energizing conversations with those who see the world differently.
Join us on Saturday, October 4 at Golden Gate University in San Francisco for a four-hour workshop that’s fast-paced, engaging, and—yes—fun. Through interactive exercises and small-group conversations, we encourage attendees to share their own perspective, hear directly from others, and experience what respectful, in-person dialogue really feels like. You’ll have a great time, leave feeling heard and perhaps even be surprised by what you learn.
Lunch and snacks are included in the $10 registration fee. Space is limited, so register by Wednesday, October 1 to secure your spot.
