Recommended by: Elizabeth Weiner
Purchase →This book defines what is, and is not, racist. Readers will likely discover that much of their own thinking is racist, possibly for the first time. I have literally read many thousands of pages on diversity issues. I think this is The Definitive Book on Racism available today. All humans should read it.
