Job Description Overview:
The Senior Manager, Development Operations & Donor Engagement plays a central role in advancing Braver Angels’ fundraising efforts by managing donor systems, supporting major gift strategy, and executing annual fundraising initiatives. This role combines relationship-building, data-informed fundraising, and operational leadership, ensuring that donor engagement is strategic, personalized, and well-coordinated across the organization. The Senior Manager supports the CEO and Chief Development & Marketing Officer in cultivating and stewarding donors while managing key fundraising processes and campaigns that sustain organizational growth. This position is ideal for a fundraising professional who is highly organized, data-driven, and relational. This role offers a pathway toward senior development leadership as organizational needs evolve and the candidate demonstrates growth in donor cultivation and strategic fundraising.
