Costs & Registration

Those whose applications are accepted and who register are called delegates.

Registration

Standard Registration: $650
Commuter Registration: $550
Student Registration: $300

Standard and Student Registration covers food, basic on-campus housing for three nights, and participation in all convention activities. Commuter registration just covers food and participation in all convention activities.

Housing

Basic on-campus housing includes an air-conditioned suite-style dormitory with two shared bedrooms (two people per room) and two shared bathrooms. Linens provided.

Housing Add-Ons

Private Bedroom: $50 (you will not be assigned a roommate)
Apartment in 1300 Hall: $30 (includes multiple bathooms, a kitchenette, and common space)
Apartment in Morgan Hall: $40 (includes multiple bathooms, a kitchenette, and common space)

Parking

Parking is $22/day in the Liacouras Garage at Temple University. We strongly recommend parking on campus.

Financial Assistance

If you are in need of financial assistance, we have two ways to help cover your costs:

Volunteer. If you are willing to commit part of your time at the convention to helping us run the event, we’ll reduce your registration costs by $100. You can apply to be a Volunteer in your Convention Hub after your application has been accepted.
Scholarship. We are proud to say that we have a robust scholarship program and that in 2024 we were able to financially support over 20% of our delegates who were in need. You can find a Scholarship Application in your Convention Hub after your application has been accepted, and support will be awarded on a need-basis.
